Which timer do I need?

Most workouts on a gym whiteboard use one of five clocks. Choose the tab above, or open the page for each format for pacing tips and example workouts:

How to use it

Set the numbers, press Start and put the phone where you can see it. A 10 second get-ready countdown gives you time to get to the bar; change it, or set it to 0, under the settings. You hear three short beeps before every block ends and a long beep when the next one starts. The screen stays on while the clock runs, and the tab title shows the time left, so you can keep an eye on it from another tab.

On a laptop, Space starts and pauses, R resets and F goes full screen, which turns a spare screen into a gym clock. On iPhone, beeps follow the ring/silent switch: turn silent mode off to hear them.

Nothing to install and no account. Your last settings and the sound setting are remembered on this device only.
