Chelsea workout
EMOM 30: 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats
Chelsea takes Cindy's movements and puts them on a strict clock: at the start of every minute you do 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 air squats, then rest for whatever is left. It feels easy for the first few minutes and very different by minute twenty. Your score is how many full minutes you complete, with 30 as the goal.
The workout
Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
- 5 pull-ups
- 10 push-ups
- 15 air squats
Duration: 30 min
Loads the timer ready to go: EMOM: 30 rounds of 1:00, with a beep at the top of every minute.

Duration
The workout lasts 30 minutes, with a new round starting at the top of every minute.
Scaling options
- Shorten it to 20 minutes.
- Banded pull-ups or ring rows, and push-ups on a box.
- Reduce the reps to 3-6-9 per minute.
Strategy tips
- Move steadily rather than sprinting each minute: the rest at the end matters most late on.
- If you miss a minute, keep going and note how many you completed.
- Set up the pull-up bar and push-up spot right next to each other.
