Mary workout
20 min AMRAP: Handstand Push-ups, Pistols, Pull-ups
Mary is Cindy's harder, more skilful cousin: handstand push-ups instead of push-ups, single-leg pistols instead of squats, and three times the pull-ups. Every movement demands strength and balance, so it is an honest test of advanced bodyweight skills.

Duration
The workout lasts 20 minutes. Your score is the rounds and reps you complete before the clock stops.
Scaling options
- Pike push-ups on a box or handstand push-ups to an abmat.
- Pistols to a box, or air squats.
- Banded pull-ups or ring rows, or fewer reps per round.
Strategy tips
- Break the pull-ups into small sets from the first round.
- Hold onto something for balance on the pistols if it lets you keep moving.
- Stay calm on the handstand push-ups: rushed reps tend to be no-reps.
